Our Seven Safe Message Solutions
Text message direct to your cell phone thru our secure SMS modem allows a message to be sent to your phone through your cellular carrier and avoid the internet where the message might be read/"sniffed" by anoyher party. Cell text message may also be sent back to call center in the same safe manner.
ICG offers a voice mail box or multiple boxes if necessary; another safe message delivery process.
Having your message is left in your own Voice mail box is also safe delivery; you designate via pass code the individual who will have access for message pick-up.
Paging our client back to call center to pick up message from an agent is safe procedure.
ICG is offering subscription to a secure website for our clients to pick up messages.
Encryption of message delivered via the internet is safe option. Software is available to purchase making sure message containing PHI are secure.
Our client's message and protocol are stored on electronic media. The media is stored in locked cabinets in an underground locked room in the South West corner of the building. we chose the South West corner of our building to store our media, server, telephony, UPS, and generators due to the possibility of a tornado or high winds, after all we are in Kansas.
