The Southwestern Association of Telephone Answering Service is our regional trade association. The owners have affected the services, legislation and regulation of the telephone service provided by AT & T Co. for more than fifty years.
The Telescan Users Group is an organization of business owners who share the same telecommunications equipment. The organization has been instrumental in growing equipment based upon their needs and that of their clients. Most telco equipment is engineering driven but the TUNe group was formed in 1989 to have the wishes of their clients drive the development of the hardware and software being produced by the vendor.
