Hotel Reservations

KCVA has outsourced booking hotel rooms for conventions being held in Kansas City for the past three years.

The staff at ICG are presently making hotel reservations for two conventions to be held in Kansas City this summer and early fall.

One is the American Academy of Family Physicians annual conference to be held in late July thru August 2nd .

The second convention is an International convention for APICS to be held mid September. The reservations are taken at a specific website for each event using a pass key function for confidentiality.
