ATSI 24/7 Certification Program Criteria

  • Valid business license, business insurance and worker's compensation insurance
  • Errors and omissions insurance
  • Appropriate evacuation precautions including fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, low voltage backup lights and building code compliance.
  • Redundant hard drives for customer and operational data
  • Direct POTS style telephone line not routed through the interal TAS switch for emergency backup
  • System spare parts kit, spare removable media drive
  • Voice Logger
  • Approved system maintenance schedule and procedures
  • Two backup media stored on site and a third stored off site
  • Current (within 30 days), hard-copy of all client-specific information and programming
