Text Messaging to Cell Phone and Alpha/Numeric
Paging
With a cell phone that is set up to receive TEXT messages you may receive messages from the ICG Telephone Answering service staff. Texting is great technology that everyone is embracing. Ask us about which carriers are the more reliable service providers, as there may be small delays in receiving messages by TEXT. Even with the growing technology, Alpha numeric pagers are still great devices to receive your messages.
With an alpha pager you will be able to receive detailed
text messages within minutes of transmission that may include all
of the information you need, thus eliminating the extra time needed
to return a call to us to retrieve your call information. Of course,
we still provide digital paging for those whose needs do not call
for alpha paging. We take the time to gather paging protocol information
from every client we contact.
Our technology enables us to adapt to almost any kind of unit that
receives text messages. If we know the name of your airtime provider,
we can program our system to be able to send your messages to a
pager, Nextel unit, or cellular phone with just a couple of keystrokes.
Additional Options: We offer custom "templates" for your
messages so that you can receive the information you want, in the
format you want, 100% of the time.
Email and Facsimile
Services
We want your messages to get to you when you want them.
That's why we offer a variety of methods to deliver your messages. We can fax messages immediately to your office upon receiving them,
or program our system to routinely send them up to three times a
day.
Remote Receptionist
You no longer need to be "in the office" to make sure you get that
important call. We can act as your receptionist no matter where
you are. A remote receptionist is "off premises", but still able
to answer office phones via call forwarded lines or a published
DID # (Direct Inward Dial). Our telephone service representatives
take detailed messages and give out information based upon the direction
of our clients. Our experience and consistency of staff
go hand in hand with our multiple choices for message delivery, email, fax, or TEXT...you choose what is best for your personal situation.
We can also provide operator
assisted voice mail for callers wishing to leave a voice message
for you.
Digital Voice Recording
In response to requests from many of our clients, we have added
a state of the art Digital Voice Recorder (DVR) program to
our systems. This system is providing you with the capability of
voice recording every conversation in and out of our Call Center
24 hours a day, seven days a week. The benefit to you is that if
there is any question or controversy regarding what was said by
the caller or by one of our agents, we can retrieve the actual voice
record of the call. This can be especially important in business
today, where malpractice and business liability suits are commonplace.
The recording in question can be downloaded and emailed directly
to you or can be played for you while you are on the line. We will
also copy the call onto tape and mail it to you. |
