ATSI
The Association of Teleservices International
is our international trade association. The association is 63 years old. The mission of ATSI is to enhance
the value of members' businesses by:
- Promoting fair competition through the pursuit of appropriate
regulation and legislation.
- Providing research into and development of our industry and
its current and prospective markets.
- Providing support services.
- Providing educational opportunities and resources to address
the challenges and trends affecting our environments.
- Encouraging and maintaining high standards of ethics and services.
Darlene Campbell, President of Information Communications Group, serves as a past President of the ATSI
Board of Directors. She presently serves on the Legislative
Committee.
Darlene Campbell has chaired the ATSI Disaster Preparedness Committee and remains active in the industry preparedness program. She and Paul Lloyd of Hamilton Ontario Canada have been instrumental in networking 50 plus call centers to assist in disaster preparedness for the call center industry.
ATSI is committed to working with Community Blood Centers
in North America to make sure the delivery of blood is uninterrupted
in the event of a disaster. Darlene has acquired an expertise
in disaster routing of telephone lines and database security.
Darlene has served on several convention committes and was Chairman of the July 2000 &
2001 Convention Committees. She also serves on the O.S.H.A. committee,
taking an active part in advising our industry about proposed
changes to the current O.S.H.A. regulations. If these are your

SATAS
The Southwestern Association of Telephone Answering
Service is our regional trade association. This organization brings
together owners of Telephone Answering Services in the states
of Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas who are serviced by
AT & T Company. The owners have affected the services,
legislation and regulation of the telephone service provided by
AT & T Co. for more than fifty years.
TUNe
The Telescan Users Group is an organization
of business owners who share the same telecommunications equipment.
The organization has been instrumental in growing equipment based
upon their needs and that of their clients. Most telco equipment
is engineering driven but the TUNe group was formed in 1989 to
have the wishes of their clients drive the development of the
hardware and software being produced by the vendor. To see more
