About Our Company
ICG, formerly known as Metro Message Services, Inc. has provided responsible
and accurate messaging for over Twenty-One years. We began on Labor
Day, 1986, with five clients. Those original clients, with the exception
of one retiree, continue to use our service today. Our staff of
highly trained individuals can represent you, communicate for you
and send out a positive statement about your organization each time
they speak for you.
Our office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days
of the week. When you join us as a new client, we learn as much
as possible about your organization so that we may accurately and
professionally speak for you.
We have several different divisions of our company
and are always incorporating new technology to give our clients
more efficient service.
Telephone Answering Service has been our core business for over Twenty-One years but we have added Level One and Two Customer Support, Out bound Business to Business Telemarketing, Order Taking, Fulfillment of orders, Email Management and Hotel reservations to our menu of services to better serve our client's needs.
After twenty years, Information Communications Group continues to be a success with winning the ATSI Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year.
