ICG, formerly known as Metro Message Services, Inc. has provided responsible and accurate messaging for over Twenty-Five years. We began on Labor Day, 1986, with five clients. Those original clients, with the exception of one retiree, continue to use our service today. Our staff of highly trained individuals can represent you, communicate for you and send out a positive statement about your organization each time they speak for you.
Our office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week. When you join us as a new client, we learn as much as possible about your organization so that we may accurately and professionally speak for you.

Telephone Answering Service has been our core business for over Twenty-Five years but we have added Level One and Two Customer Support, Out bound Business to Business Telemarketing, Order Taking, Fulfillment of orders, Email Management and Hotel reservations to our menu of services to better serve our client's needs.
